The FlashMasta ROM cart for the WonderSwan Handheld is now back in stock and ready to ship. It’s being sold as a cartridge with a 3D printed case for $123, or as the cartridge with dust cover for $130. The cartridge should look about the same as the one pictured above, however the dust cover may be black with red, black, or gray (chosen at random). Games are loaded via software and there are Windows, Mac and Linux versions available. More info after the links:

It’s important to note that the WonderSwan FlashMasta isn’t quite a traditional ROM Cart, but it’s also not a single-flash cart: This has 16 slots, with one likely being used for a menu. On top of that, save game files take up slots as well and will overwrite any ROM on the cart, if not loaded properly. Also, some games need to be patched to work. So it’s not as easy as just loading the whole ROMset on an SD card like with an Everdrive, but I still think it’s a great device for owners of the original handheld who want to experience games they might not have access to.
